Tales of Thibadeau

Welcome to Tales of Thibadeau, I hope my sweet family enjoys seeing and remembering all of our antics and adventures. There is never an ordinary day in our home, and even if there was I would want to remember every second of it. I love my family and thank Heaven for them everyday. XOXO, Selina

Happy Birthday, Patrick!

Ok, we are on our third birthday in thirteen days. Here goes...
Happy Birthday to Pat!! (Don't ask how old he is, because I forgot) The day started with our friendly missionary, Elder "D", stopping by with his famous bread pudding and ice cream. That was nice, because I totally forgot to make him a cake!! (Nice wife, I know...)
Pat and his mama.
Pat and his papa.
Happy Birthday, babe. I love you and your grey hairs in your goatee.
XOXO,
Your younger wife, Nina

I'm So Vain, I Probably Think this Post is About Me

This says a lot about me that I am even taking the time to post this. BUT, in my defense, I have a weird obsession with my hair. I like it big, I like hairspray and I used to be blond until about 5 months ago. Really blond. Times being lean, I decided to go a bit darker, but left quite a few highlights in it. Well, it grew about and just looked bad. AND I found some grey hairs. Not a good day. My sweet sister-in-law offered to do my hair for a steal of a deal in her fancy new salon. I decided that if I was going to dark, I just need TO GO DARK.
So, this is the new me. This is quite a change from past years, I was a bleached blond, now I am a Vampire? Vixen? Elvira?
Melisa, thank you so much for doing my hair, I love it. Ami said I don't look I am from the 80's any more... It still shocks me a bit when I walk by the mirror - Oh! Yes, that's me.
Now, I know my family and has many more worries and trials than that of my hair, but, like I said this post was all about me.
