Tales of Thibadeau

Welcome to Tales of Thibadeau, I hope my sweet family enjoys seeing and remembering all of our antics and adventures. There is never an ordinary day in our home, and even if there was I would want to remember every second of it. I love my family and thank Heaven for them everyday. XOXO, Selina

My Husband, Patrick

(L-R President Jeffrey Kohler, Mike Pabst, Patrick and Bishop Gary Ashby) You may wonder why my husband only makes "The Blog" on very rare or special occasions. I must explain this: I NEVER SEE MY HUSBAND, THEREFORE, FORGETTING I HAVE ONE MORE THAN HALF THE TIME. I know, embarrassing, what kind of wife am I? Well, I will leave that question for Pat to answer, but I will tell you what kind of husband Patrick is.
He is the sweetest man I know. He loves me no matter what crazy things I do. He loves me like crazy, period. He is foremost concerned about the girls in his life (there are four of us). He is the best Daddy in the world, his baby girls will attest to it. He has a strong will and mind, and NEVER makes a rash or quick decision. I love him like crazy... I will quit now, but I could on and on. I would like to tell you what he has been up to, though. Since his baptism in May, he received the Aaronic Priesthood on Father's Day and prepared spiritually for his ordination to the Melchizedek Priesthood, which he received in our home, on November first, 20o9. He does not take this responsibility lightly. He is always trying to improve himself and be an example to our little family. I am so proud of him. He has been working from three to midnight, 6 days a week, in a shipping warehouse. He only sees me and the big girls on weekends and watches Bella during the day, doing a great job of being "Mr. Mom." It has been a rough period in our life, but the best for our marriage. I want my girls to know how much their father sacrifices for them and loves them. He would work himself to death, if it were possible, to get me back home during the day. His only thoughts/concerns are for us (well, and maybe football...)
I just want to say to my sweet, husband, I love you.
I love you, I love you.

"Your husband, Patrick" is the best. What a great example he is to us all. It's amazing what a good man will do for his "girls."

We're both lucky to have good men named "Pat" or "Patrick" in our lives.
